We would like to make your online shopping experience as pleasant as possible, therefore we offer a complimentary shipping within the EU, wider Europe as well as the USA. All shipments are proceed either with FedEx, DHL or PPL. DISPATCHThe dispatch time is usually 1-2 working days. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link. This way, you can easily track every move of your parcel. DELIVERYDelivery time for the Czech Republic is 1-2 working days, for the EU and the USA it's usually 4-10 days, depending on different factors. These delivery times are estimates from the date of shipping. Please note delivery can sometimes take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries.
